You don't need to be an "old salt" to help out on the Chaser.

Running a program like ours requires a wide variety of people and skills.  If you would like to have hands on time helping the Chaser program, we always have needs to fill.  Here is a partial list of needed skills to help maintain Chaser and our base facilities:

Painting

Wood work and cabinetry

Plumbing

Electrical (from minor to installation of main panels)

Electronics (installation and maintenance of onboard communications, computers, navigation equipment, etc.)

Roofing

Landscape maintenance

Sales (selling donated boats, cars, etc.)

Fund Raising

Instructors (teach nautical skills like marlinspike, piloting, small boat handling, etc.)

Mechanical (we have large diesels to 2 hp outboards)

If you can help a little or a lot, contact the Chaser's Skipper, Carl Shellhorn, at 707-252-7875 or e-mail him at Skipper@SSSChaser.com
